1. Account Opening: Refers to the successful opening of both a cash stock trading account (including Hong Kong and US stocks) and a futures trading account with Liaoqiao Securities Limited ("Liaoqiao Securities" or "the Company") through the designated QR code of this Promotion. This does not include margin trading accounts. Other methods of account opening (e.g., offline account opening, online "Open Now" via the Liaoqiao Securities APP, or through the "Liaoqiao Bank Exclusive" channel) are not eligible for this promotional offer.
2. New Customer: Refers to a resident of Hong Kong or Mainland China (excluding Macau) who is 18 years old or above and has not previously opened or successfully applied for any Liaoqiao Securities account before the start of this Promotion. They must be able to provide a valid local resident identity card and a valid proof of address within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, telecommunications bill, or licensed financial institution statement).
3. Permanent Waiver of Platform Usage Fee: "Permanent" means that for accounts successfully opened during the Promotion period, the free use of the trading platform is permanent until the account is closed.
4. Permanent Waiver of Hong Kong Stock Trading Commission: "Permanent" means that for cash stock trading accounts successfully opened during the Promotion period, the exemption from trading commission fees for trading Hong Kong securities listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (including Hong Kong stocks, warrants, and ETFs traded on the exchange) is permanent until the account is closed. 6.
